Role
As a Junior/Medior Marketing Professional, you support the execution of marketing and communication activities across Primevest IMMO and Primevest Capital Partners.
You work in an international environment where marketing plays a structural role in positioning and communication. You collaborate with internal teams and external partners, contributing to campaigns, content and projects that require accuracy, consistency and coordination.
About Primevest IMMO
Primevest IMMO initiates and manages real estate investment funds for private investors, focusing on sectors such as residential, care-related real estate and parking.
Since 2021, Primevest IMMO has been part of Primevest Capital Partners, an independent pan-European investment manager specialising in real asset strategies for institutional investors.
Together, we combine entrepreneurial thinking with institutional discipline, operating within a regulated environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns across digital channels
- Coordinate with external agencies and internal stakeholders
- Develop and manage online and offline communication materials
- Contribute to content creation for website, LinkedIn and newsletters
- Support ongoing marketing projects and initiatives
- Monitor planning, progress and delivery across activities
- Collaborate with colleagues across different teams and discipline
As you grow in the role, you will gradually contribute to strategic topics such as positioning, communication structure and further development of marketing within the organisation.
Profile
- Approximately 3+ years of experience in marketing or communication
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Affinity with digital marketing and campaign execution
- Structured, accurate and able to work independently
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership

Your primary location is Central Park Tower in Utrecht, next to Utrecht Central Station. You will also regularly work from our office in Eindhoven.
