§ 1 Informaton about the collecton of personal data
(1) Below we inform you about the collecton of personal data when using our website. Personal data are
all data that directly or indirectly identfes you, e.g. your name, address, e-mail address, user behavior.
(2) Responsible in accordance with art. 4 para. 7 of the EU General Data Protecton Regulaton (GDPR) is

(3) When you contact us per e-mail or via a contact form, the informaton you provide (such as your e-mail
address, your name and your telephone number, if applicable) will be stored by us to answer your
questons. We delete the personal data that arise in this context afer storage is no longer required, or
limit the processing due to statutory retenton requirements.
(4) If we rely on commissioned service providers for specifc aspects of our ofering or would like to use
your personal data for advertsing purposes, we will inform you in detail below about the respectve
transactons. In doing so, we also name the specifed criteria for the storage period.
§ 2 Your rights
(1) You have the following rights with respect to the personal data concerning you:
– right of access,
– right to rectfcaton or erasure,
– right to restricton of processing,
– right to object to the processing,
– right to data portability.
(2) You also have the right to lodge a complaint against us about the processing of your personal data with
a data protecton supervisory authority.
§ 3 collecton of personal data when visitng our website
(1) In the merely informatve use of the website, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise provide us with
informaton, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. If you wish to
view our website, we collect the following data, which are technically necessary for us to show you our
website and to ensure its stability and security (legal basis is Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 GDPR):
– IP address
– Date and tme of the request
– Time zone diference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
– Content of the request (concrete page)
– Access status / HTTP status code
– Each transmited amount of data
– Website from which the request comes
– Browser
– Operatng system and its interface
– Language and version of the browser sofware.
(2) In additon to the aforementoned data, cookies are stored on your computer when you use our
website. Cookies are small text fles that are stored on your hard drive assigned to the browser you are
using and by which the body that sets the cookie (here through us) receives certain informaton.
Cookies cannot run programs or transmit viruses to your computer. They serve to make the Internet
ofer more user-friendly and efectve overall.
(3) Use of cookies:
a) This website uses the following types of cookies, the scope and operaton of which are explained
below:
– Transient cookies (see b)
– Persistent cookies (see c).
b) Transient cookies are automatcally deleted when you close the browser. These include in
partcular session cookies. These store a so-called session ID, with which various requests from
your browser can be assigned to the common session. This will allow your computer to be
recognized when you return to our website. The session cookies are deleted when you log out or
close the browser.
c) Persistent cookies are automatcally deleted afer a specifed period, which may difer depending
on the cookie. You can delete the cookies in the security setngs of your browser at any tme.
d) You can confgure your browser setng according to your wishes and for example decline the
acceptance of third-party cookies or all cookies. Please be aware that you may not be able to use
all features of this website.
e) We use cookies to identfy you for follow-up visits if you have an account with us. Otherwise you
would have to log in again for each visit.
f) The Flash cookies used are not detected by your browser but by your Flash plug-in. Furthermore,
we use HTML5 storage objects, which are stored on your device. These objects store the
required data regardless of your browser and do not have an automatc expiraton date. If you
do not want to process the Flash cookies, you will need to install an add-on, for example “Beter
Privacy” for Mozilla Firefox (htps://addons.mozilla.org/en/frefox/addon/beterprivacy/) or the
Adobe Flash killer cookie for Google Chrome. You can prevent the use of HTML5 storage objects
by using private mode in your browser. In additon, we recommend that you regularly delete
your cookies and the browser history manually.
