Peter Helfrich
Chief Executive Officer
Peter Helfrich leads Primevest Capital Partners and is responsible for the company’s strategy, investment platform and long-term development. His focus is on strengthening Primevest as a specialist European real assets manager, building scalable platforms and aligning investment quality with the requirements of institutional and private capital.
Philip Zwart
Chief Commercial Officer
Philip Zwart is responsible for Primevest’s commercial strategy, capital raising and investor relationships across the institutional and private investor segments. He has more than 30 years of experience in commercial management and executive roles within financial services and real estate. Before joining Primevest, he held senior positions at ING Real Estate Finance and CBRE. Philip studied Business Economics at the University of Groningen and has been a fellow at Nyenrode Business University for more than 12 years.
